OCHI DAY RUN

Run 2054-ish

Hare: Mountain Goat

Venue: Dionysos Ave (known as Narkissos in the past, then they called it Ekali, now is part of Kifissia)

On Inn: BBQ at MG’s pad…. he will do the catering and then we will chip in towards the costs.

MIS-DIRECTIONS:

Go up Kifisias Avenue & continue through the centre of Kifisia (where you may zero your odometer)

After 2-3 Km you come to Nea Erithrea

You continue on the main road, pass through Nea Erithrea and head north towards Drossia (the road is now called first El. Venizelos (like the Athens Airport) and then Theseus.

When you will reach approx. 6.2 km from the centre of Kifisia you will be arriving to a junction (with traffic lights, you cannot miss it). Turn right towards Dionysos and Nea Makri and the German Cemetery.

You are now on the beginning of Dionysos Ave. The first road you cross on your right is Persefonis str. Our house is the third one on your right if you enter Persefonis from Dionysos Ave. But be careful: Persefonis is a one way road ending where you will be standing wondering what to do. In case you would like to be legal, continue driving and go up to the next junction (Koumarias str.) where you turn right and go around the block until you reach our house (number 13).

After the run we will be BBQ-ing - so try not to miss.
