The file is 190 Kilobytes in size, so will take a little while to download.
Print the forms.
You will need another British
Citizen to witness your forms & supply their passport details.
You will also need to search on the http://www.aboutmyvote.co.uk site
for the Electoral office address for the area where you where last registered
to vote in the UK. This is the address to which you will send the completed
forms.
The downloaded files are
in PDF format and require Adobe Acrobat Reader in order to be viewed. PDF stands
for Portable Document Format, a universal file format that compacts and preserves
a document so that it can be shared, viewed and printed on any computer system
that has a PDF reader.
